Ethnoarts workers need to be able to engage with a local community to catalyze the creation of new vernacular Scripture-based and community-development messages in indigenous forms of artistic communication.

4. Maintain an ongoing collection of useful tools/teaching aids/recordings

1. Keep a regular reading schedule; continue to extend personal understanding of ethnoarts research and applications and concepts

Mentor local artists

1. Apprentice with or take lessons from a local artist.
