Has knowledge about:

1. Take a Scripture Engagement course or attend a workshop

Can do with Assistance:

1. Conduct a scripture engagement background study on a community using Dye's 8 conditions. 

2. Study at least one of the following SE areas and relate it to ethnoarts: 

   1. chronological storying

   2. audio Scripture

   3. trauma healing 

   4. or similar

Can do independently:

No Competency:

1. Attend an Arts for a Better Future workshop

2. Attend ethnoarts webinars and Communities of Practice

Has knowledge about:

1. Facilitate a Phase 3 table group at an ABF. 

2. Facilitate ethnoarts activities with a mentor 

3. Take Christianity Across Cultures or a similar course at DIU or Payap.

4. Help other arts personnel facilitate activities and workshops

Can do with Assistance:

1. Become a full ABF facilitator 

2. Facilitate ethnoarts activities with communities using CLAT or a similar method. 

3. Help other ethnoarts personnel facilitate activities and workshops

Can do independently:

1. Facilitate several ABF workshops; become a master facilitator. 

2. Engage in teaching Ethnoarts (online or in-person) 

3. Keep regular reading schedule; continue to extend personal understanding of ethnoarts research and applications and concepts
